Meet the Be Home team.

Gary Kastner - Owner

Gary, a fifth generation of Kastner in business, starting in the trade more than thirty-five years ago by working for his father Don Kastner. He moved his way up and gained experience allowing him to start his own business.

Gary uses that experience to help his clients achieve their renovation and remodeling needs. He is presently doing accessibility projects that help people remain in their homes with Be Home Accessible Modifications.

Karl Kise - Foreman

Karl comes to Kastner Restoration and Be Home Accessible Modifications as a Fourth generation Kise to be involved with residential construction. Prior, Karl was a maintenance supervisor for Dungarvin MN, project coordinator for Precise Plumbing & Heating.

His education background is Recreation & Sports Management (SCSU) and had numerous administrative and coaching positions with schools and sports organizations before returning to the trades.

Sara Osborn - Office Manager

Sara Osborn has been in the construction business for 10 years. In those 10 years she has been the face and voice of the companies with her dedication to help customers in all aspects of their projects.

As the office manager at Kastner Restoration and Be Home Accessible Modifications, Sara takes on that personal relationship with our customers making sure the team and customers are on the same page every step of the way.

Stephen Dorsey - Marketing

Stephen primary responsibility is marketing and communications for Be Home Accessible Modifications.

Stephen is a professional Graphic/Web Designer with over 30 years of industry experience in brand development, print design and website design. He is owner of Dorsey Design Services.

Time outside of Be Home is spent with his wife and three children. Stephen enjoys a good metal guitar riff, the Vegas Golden Knights and all things custom cars.
